FounderWith a career that started managing bookshops in 1985 and now spans over two decades as a senior HR leader and executive coach, I've worked alongside people at every level, from new managers finding their feet to CEOs leading through transformational change.
The depth of organisational experience is what makes my coaching different. I've stood in the shop, sat in the boardroom, and everywhere in between. I understand the politics, the pressures and the moments that define a career because I've lived them, at every level, not just from the top down.
